Alrght, so I guess tonight it is time for me to open the bottle of champagne I have in the fridge which I bought when I submitted my visa application on the 17/11/17 with the hope of celebrating the granting of the visa. Haven't read the grant letter because I am not able to see it on the "Messages" section, but I was just very intense everyday looking at my immi account online to see if the "Furhter Assessment" status changed to "Finalised", which just occured 5 mins ago. Reading the word "Granted" next to my name.. ohh my godness.. It is the best feeling ever.. The most anxious wait started on the 14th of Feb after additional documents where requested, but I am glad today the wait is over. Hope you all get yours soon. See ya when I see ya dudes!!

Some people is randomly requested to submit that form. We were requested more documents for the visa application mid February but the Form 80 was not part of the additional documents required, so I am assuming for my especific case it would not be required, otherwise they would have requested it from the beginning.

Quick and serious question here.. is every applicant always requested or required to fill-in and submit form 80 for the visa application?

I would say your BVB is still in effect, hence you may still be able to enter Australia without an issue. Besides, you have a letter saying you have 28 days to comment on the refusal.

How about making a little bit of effort, being self-efficient and explore yourself by going to the Department website and look for the information and requirements of the subclass 190 visa instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do?

And why are you worried about it? Either you already applied and are too lazy to read the entire summary of changes on the website or you haven't applied and hence the changes will affect you.

And would you mind sharing the source of that information?

Pray that no additional documents are requested to your visa application, otherwise, count at least 1 more month of waiting time after you submitt additional documents, if any is requested.

I think this is the sort of applications the department is clasifying as suspicious or non-genuine. How on earth can a company nowadays still pay their employees in cash? This practice is generally used to avoid paying taxes or to pay employees who have limited working hours rights on their visas. I think if the application is really really genuine, your employer should be able to easily explain the department and provide details as to why they pay your wages in cash and keep a record to demonstrate all the amoun of money in cash that have been paying to you, such as payslips or number in the books.

Go to the "View Application Mailbox" part in your ImmiAccount. You will see there the correspondence sent to your migration agent. You can open it and see what specific documents they requested. I did the same and sent the additional documents to my MA before she even contacted me for the information requested to seepd up the process. Good on you.
