Tiziana
Hi everyone, If the business did few nominations (186 tr) for different people and the immigration ask further informations about one of them, could the case officer see all the nominations about that business or just the nomination about the single person? Thanks all

Thanks all I doubt anybody will know the answer to this question Im afraid unless they work at DHA! But if you are wondering if they open a file, approve it then just go through all the other files attached to that company then it seems the answer is no. Its on a file by file system but that is only my opinion from what we have observed on this forum and the powers of deduction! Chin up, it will happen in time. aussiepr_again
Hello everyone, I’m a silent reader, just got a call from MA, my application was lodged on June, 2017, and nomination got refused today. I’ve seen people asking about if business operating at loss will affect your visa. The answer is , yes!Thats really a sad news. But its so weird because usually they dont really refuse applications for profit and loss when u apply through Transition stream. They check traning benchmark, ur salay and company tax lodgement papers. From my experience if u apply DE they look for wether the company can afford u for next 2 years.Just wondering on the refusal latter did they say company can not afford u bcoz its showing loss?? Any other reason they mentioned for refusal?

DL1234
Silent Reader: Received the golden email this morning from my MA having logged in first thing and seeing Finalised, rather than the usual Received. Timeline: Occupation: Marketing Specialist Nomination and Visa applied same day : 04 October 2017 Nomination and visa approved: 12 May 2018 TRT Country : LR Applicants : 4 Processing Team : NSW Pese Have to say the whole thing is a complete lottery. I work for a very large employer who sponsors a lot of 186 visa's. Timescales are ranging 3 to 9 months. One of the guys who works for me applied mid November and received theirs in March. Gosh this is crazy, I have been a hard worker for many years, can't believe this is what i got. but life goes on, i must keep moving. Hey @KKD....I had a nomination refusal too, it literally turned my world upside down; wont post details here, but safe to say a panic attack or two later, I reapplied. My only bit of advise would be step 1. take some time to leave it settle and think about things. Emotions are running high, and any decision may have a little spite/frustration in it. Is this where you want to be etc etc. then, if you think you can handle another application, step 2. go to a personal migration agent for a consultation if you havent already, not one associated with your employer. Get all your options, not just employer sponsored. I won't lie, the second application is harder...you know the possibility of a refusal, and it just adds to the anxiety of the wait. Feels like I've been waiting since last April! Either way, if I or anyone else here can help, just let us know; also keep us informed, as your misfortune might be able to aid someone else in their application. Thats why the forum is here in my opinion; support and advice

Too long mate - every visa cycle ha. Ive been coming to the forum for 5 years but only started contributing at the end of last year. This has been by far the worst, most anxious wait. I work at a very large company in a senior marketing role. Applied in June, onshore, transition visa. Im actually pretty ****** off ive been paying tax that is tantamount to someones salary yet Im still here twiddling my thumbs. You contribute so much to a country - being a productive member of society, paying your way and doing your bit for the community - and you are still at the whim of a fairly opaque process. Just the way it is but doesnt stop me being pissed off! Edited May 14, 2018 by NickyNook Removed obscene language

Would you please write a but more to what extent the business incurred loss, Whether the training benchmarks were ok, Any adverse information of the business, no of employees, whether Australian citizens are working in the business, statement regarding the real need of the position etc. Because only loss of the business is not enough to refuse an application.
