Well chuffed. Slight hiccup on the boys citizenship (we thought that would be the easy bit!), we now need a copy of hubbies parents birth cert too! Bit tricky as father in Aus and has no phone or email! It is like we are being tested, do we really want to go? Hell yeah! I still have a smile and we will get this done! Love Shoes Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 Well not done anything to get myself to oz exactly, as the things I need to do are dog orientated. But after reading about the 58 stone man on PIO yesterday, I have walked the dogs, difficult as my sons dog likes the grass and being off the lead, but I keep them on he lead & off the grass, then I decided to walk into town and back, coming back was slightly uphill, so got a bit of a sweat on, I think in total probably 7 mile. Just found out that a God given specialist dream school exisits in Brisbane for our 14 yr old son! Great advice also given on midwifery/nurse training and last night hubby phoned about a teaching position with the prospect of staying in touch and possible employment when we arrive!!!!!!! Addison05 Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 I rang VETASSES last night as skills sent in August and havent heard anything yet, don't think it's helped the fact the our agent received some queries from them and the only way we found out is because I e mailed them direct in November and the told me that they had sent the queries a month earlier!
