Jasz1 Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 @Khan patan & @P.M as there are not certain requirements to work with employer before visa they objected why y u were not working with him full time as I was only working 31 hours a week? second one is so funny that business turnover is nearly 1.5 million & they said we think he can’t afford u to work there for next 2 years? Here is my timeline ; 187 DE Cook NSW nomination&visa apply 9 July 2016 summited financial report company 23 March 2018 nomination granted 26 March 2018 summited further document(Au police check) 5 April 2018 visa granted 7 April 2018 Don’t give up! Sorry to hear jasz 1 ,I am on the same boat from August 2016 restaurant manager & think they will do same thing with me .my application just opened and they asked documents .if u don’t mind can you share silly reply’s from visa officer If they asked for documents it's good news, best of luck.
