I am doing job ready program and I am thinking to claim 5 points for 1 year work experince but today someone said I can’t claim 5 points because I am using this experince for skill assessment. Pls someone give accurate information. Also can we claim points for part time experince as well? My points 50+10 state . Thnx

They are playing with us. Totally unfair. I applied as cook june 2017 but I am feeling like rejection as well. Don’t know what to do.

Duties , immi officer said anyone can do ur duties such as chef can do ordering, owner can hire new person , etc

Hi everyone, I am planing to apply 489 visa as chef. I have 50 points and i hope I will get 10 points from state sponsorship. I will get my skill assessment done in june 2018. Any chance for invitation ?

I know few ppl got rcb within week but got nomination refused . Rcb is not big thing.

Its all about 187 and 457. From march 3 years full time experince required. Also they gona filter the pending 186 and 187 files mean more risk of refusal because they have only 10000 slots for 187 visa and currently more than 20000 applications are pending so they can refuse 187 deliberately to clear the backlog. This my personal point of view.
