Hi All AAT opened my file in July21 and asked docs then i submitted docs in july 2021 and then hearing happened on 4 August2021 After hearing they demand more docs i submitted extra docs on 18 August still waiting for decision Please advise how long will they take to take decision now Thanks

Hi All, Please help ..my hearing happened on 04 Aug for Restaurant Manager 187 Nomination and AAT gave time until 25 Aug for more documents after hearing Submitted Business additional documents on 18 th August 2021 can anyone advise is it a positive sign that Aat requested more docs after hearing? Did someone else had the same experience that AAT needs more docs after hearing? Thanks in advance

Retaurant manager 187 Direct Entry onshore Rcb Approved Nomination applied:march 2017 Visa applied april 2017 Nomination Refused :31august 2018 After 18 months of working in samr position and waiting ...my nomination got refused.Can anyone please advise can I re-apply nomination with immigration and tribunal both together. I dont know the reason as they should have emailed my agent but I have checked nomination refusal on immi account.Agent will open on monday
