Hi Everyone I want some suggestions from you all.. my friends and 5 other people applied for RSMS from a dodgy MA. MA is on a run as he supplied bogus documents to immigration about everyone. none of them were aware of this. now on 25th October, my friends got a letter from immigration, stating to satisfy PIC 4020 as immigration says they have supplied wrong info. Letter said"Immi called the business owner on 22nd October as he refused that he applied for my friend's sponsorship." they have got 28 days tp reply to immigration. is it possible to apply student visa while on bridging visa A? your help will be much appreciated. regards

Hi Everyone I have good news to share. My nomination and visa was approved today. Both applied together on 15th November 2017 and approved on 27 September 2018. occupation: Environmental Health Officer (251311) Work in Local Government. No documents asked. Good Luck to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

Morning Rcb is the first step for Rsms Visa. From my understanding the rcb process normally doesnt take more than 3 months. In my case as well my MA applied my RCb in wrong region which i was not part of but we rectified it within a month. I think if u dont have rcb immigration dont process ur application.. More suggestions welcome.. i may be wrong..

Hi Ninang You can check ur visa file status through immi acnt but not nomination. For your visa status i think u have to use your application number to transfer in ur immi acnt so that u can see ur status. Anyone please correct if i am wrong.

My understanding is that we need to tell immigration of any changes even if some1 gets married otherwise you have to give explanantion to immigration that why you didnt add her or inforn immigration. The good idea is to inform immigration about any changes. Its on rsms immigration webpage too.
