Visa refused 14 may because of my education not meeting the criteria and today I have received nomination approved .my agent was also in shocked when I got visa refusal because first IMMI decide nomination then visa but in my case it totally opposite

I got visa refusal acknowledgment 14 may 2018 and today nomination approval 28 August 2018 acknowledgement as well .does not know what I have to do now?

Hi,at last immi started to progress my application but did anyone one has this experience please share it.I sponsored as a restaurant manager and one chef sponsored on same restaurant and they opened both files on same time. My timeline August 2016.thanks

August 2016 restaurant manager just received a call this morning my nomination has been rejected so many silly reasons which u can’t actually relate to rsms visa so going to appeal now...gud luck to others ?? Sorry to hear jasz 1 ,I am on the same boat from August 2016 restaurant manager & think they will do same thing with me .my application just opened and they asked documents .if u don’t mind can you share silly reasons.thanks

He is saying me that I need complete dicclousre certifate with code 33

Hi everyone, visa officer asked me some documents which included Police clearance of mine as well.i have Afp certificate but my agent is saying that I need complete disclosure certificate with code 33 on it.please if someone have same problem in past can guide me.thanks

Hi I am writing to seek clarification on a matter related to my RSMS sponsorship. My file is now in process opened on 29/3/18 The immigration officer has requested for my ENGLISH LANGUAGE result. I sat my PTE in MARCH 2016 and as per the Pearson policy the result stay valid for 2 years. My question is would immigration accept my expired score sheet for my file? as I’m told that DIBP do take upto 3 years? PTE have advised me to retake the test as they won’t disclose my old score to the department. Would appreciate your feedback on my enquiry at your earliest. Regards , khan patan
