Help !! Help!! I have been working with my empLoyer since more than 2 years. I applied 187 DE december 2017 but from that time my empLoyer is giving me salary through bank but not a single payslip i got from him. In 2016-2017 he paid only $5000 tax and this year he didn't paid any tax till now. And there is not a single penny of superannuation he deposit in my super account. Now will this matter effect my PR nomination and visa application ? THANKS

I know they are confused but bkz of their confusion people are suffering . ....

Why the gov is trying to push us to stay in the regional area. If they really wanna fullfil the occupational Demand on regional area they should stop 187 and 186 visa and the other visa like where you need sponsor to get your PR. What they should do, they need to tell us stay in the regional area for 5 years and work on a same occupation for 5 years for any organization and show us the group certificates and get your PR straight way.there is no need to do that much drama . Just pissed off !!!!

One of my cousins applied 457 and it's been 11 months and there is not a single news of His visa. Regarding your 187 visa may i ask why you are offshore ? Can't you apply 187 DE again ? Why you need more than two years of experiences ?

As far i know if the new owner buying the business with your existing ABN that's ok. Otherwise there might be a problem .
