Just received an update from the case officer regarding the additional informations requested: Financial statement for 2017 BAS for the last 3 quarters and Provide submission and evidence that the nominated position continues to be genuinely needed in the regular, ongoing business activity of the employer; or has in fact contributed to the business as was proposed in the 457 nomination application, such as evidence that the nominee is actively undertaking the duties of the position on a full-time basis I hope is going to be helpful to fix your applications and maybe save some processing time!
