Applied 186 trt as cook in 3 april 2017 and nomination approved 6 march 2018 and ask afp same day after thay heard nothing til april 2019..and we put complaint in april 2019 and they give reply that my husband file go for characters assessment because of court case and end of june we get email from character assessment depatment they pass assessment and after that nothing heard again

No..they did not give any decision yet...but case officer send my husband file for characters assessment last year now we got reply from assessment team...that they not pass characters assessment for my husband...but they mention in email...file will not be refused behave of characters assessment...and send file back to case officer...its depend on him now what case officer make decisions

They did not pass assessment but they give warning for future that if he envolve in any criminal activity then they can refuse visa or pr..and now they send file t o case officer back ..i dont know what he do know.

I applied in april 2017 and got nomination approved in march 18 and requested afp and form 80 on same day..after that no reply till now

Hlo everyone..i have one question if someome face same situation and get grant please let me know...the thing is i apply 186 trt as cook in april 2017 and got nomination approved in march 2018 and they ask police chevk and form 80 again..because of we tick on criminal record...actually my husband slap me 3 years ago due to stress and i did complaints against him..and later on we sought it out and court give diversion plan to my husband because of that police check remove all the charges against my husband...but immigration send my husband file for characters assessment...and yesterday they give reply of my complaint and they said we have to wait until they not decide about my file and immigration really strict about domestic violence..they said dont make any plan for travel until file not decide.......any one suggest me something what i have to do now
