Dear friends I've got my grant this early morning. Can't say I'm really happy because I'm feeling that is more than deserved as will be for all of you! Surely it's a big relief, mainly because I can get the f* out of here and plan my holidays! Just keep belivin' fellas! Will come. Timeline: Cook trt 16/10/17 2 applicants LR Docs requested 20/06/08 Uploaded 06/07 Docs requested again 31/07 Uploaded 06/08 Visa grant 09/08.

Good news! Nomination just approved now...! Cook trt nom and Visa applied on 16/10/17 1st Requested docs 20/06/18 2nd request 31/07 Nomination approved today! Hopefully will get the rest soon.... good luck everyone!

It's actually weird! You should be on further assessment! I've been through the initial assessment it once my ma uploaded the requested docs changed straight to further assessment! No worries in your case with nomination approved you can start partying!!!

Hi guys! Just received an update from the case officer regarding the additional informations requested: Financial statement for 2017 BAS for the last 3 quarters and Provide submission and evidence that the nominated position continues to be genuinely needed in the regular, ongoing business activity of the employer; or has in fact contributed to the business as was proposed in the 457 nomination application, such as evidence that the nominee is actively undertaking the duties of the position on a full-time basis I hope is going to be helpful to fix your applications and maybe save some processing time! We didn't provide anything yet as the request is considering by my ma too general and she'll unable to generate a proper answer. By the way she thinks that my employer will have to write a letter explaining my roles and functions plus an organization chart of the restaurant clarifying also his position inside the business.

She didn't take a clear position. Actually she was surprised about the request! As in my restuarant no one else apart from me, is working as cook. Anyway she said that the request was too general to give a proper answer so she asked for more detailed explanations. I'll share everything when will hear something back the the case officer!

Sure! Actually is kind of ridiculous. Case officer asked for my national police check with English translation (yes, my MA didn't upload the translation ?), police clearences for my wife ( same story than before) and form 80 for only her. Plus my Ma said that the case officer generally asked for proofs of genuinity and necessity regarding my position!

A just an advise to everyone has applied through MA... make sure you double check their work, as mine application was missing some documents and thanks to that now I'm being requested more things!!! GL guys!

I've applied the 16/10/17. Happy that a case officer is already been allocated to my file but still worried about the final decision!!
