I assume he/she thinks it will slow the process down. If you are a few months over the processing time then perhaps it isnt worth it but if you are 2 years plus then whats the worst that can happen! According to my MA, there is a separation of duties: - One person to download applications from the system - The applications are allocated to the teams - One person to check and approve the nomination - Another person to check and approve the visa application Therefore I don't think your complain would delay the process. I got a question and I hope someone can advise me. I applied the 11 of September 2016 like baker 457 visa. I got it on February 2017 (but with my surprise it was only for 1.5 year my MA didnt tell me anything about it) anyway because of the government changing and my personal situation I decided to apply to 186 DE in August but I was struggle to get the IELTS but finally I applied the and of november 2017. Now my boss just told me He is going to sell the business in July. Wtf!!! after spent time and money .... Do you guys think may I have any chance to get the PR before that date? my coworker got PR last year in May (2017) and he lodged on November (2016). I think you should start thinking of other solutions in the meantime, while hoping you get the visa approved before the dreaded timeline. Anyway the point it s just that. The new owner wants me in there because I am the one who handle everythink inside the bakery. Rick No one knows when case officer will be allocated but if the new owner buys the Shares of the business then your file won't be affected even the abn will change. But please consult with your MA. one of my friend's boss sold the business after 1 year of work but he told me the new owner bought the shares of the business and he did not have to work another year even though the abn was changed. please consult with your MA.
