Latest question, if they find out they will reject the nomination or the application or both? can I apply for another one after that? Thanks for this information I will double check tomorrow. Another option that my boss advices to me was that I will keep being paid through his ABN even if the shop doesnt belong to him anymore. Yes I was thinking to apply for 489 and 190 but for the 190 I think I cant get 7 in Ielts. Anyway the point it s just that. The new owner wants me in there because I am the one who handle everythink inside the bakery. And impossible to find another one because none wants to work during the night Rick

Hello Everyone, I am Rick another silent reader. I spent long time in this forum with you guys. I got a question and I hope someone can advise me. I applied the 11 of September 2016 like baker 457 visa. I got it on February 2017 (but with my surprise it was only for 1.5 year my MA didnt tell me anything about it) anyway because of the government changing and my personal situation I decided to apply to 186 DE in August but I was struggle to get the IELTS but finally I applied the and of november 2017. Now my boss just told me He is going to sell the business in July. Wtf!!! after spent time and money .... Do you guys think may I have any chance to get the PR before that date? my coworker got PR last year in May (2017) and he lodged on November (2016). I really thank all of you guys to being part of my life in the last 4 months. Rick
