    Thanks mate you're a legend!! this is what I heard from my agent My 457 visa expired 2016 March so I’m not able to apply 186 again according to him 190, 482 or 489 are other options. We will go to appeal so I can have more extra time and decide what to do. Will probably choose shortest way. i appreciate mate! Good luck on your case!!

    Are you able to apply again? I know so far if you apply again you will take over from beginning. I might be wrong. Could you please share your knowledge so I might do it again your way if it’s possible. Thank you

    Nope last one was for 2017. CO didn’t even mention for 2018

    My agent advised me that I can not apply again 186 as my 457 visa expired already I’m not sure if this is correct. Yeah appeal takes max 2 years and I don’t want to wait that long.

    I’m the only one working in office and our Training was sort of software training. So they didn’t accept last 2 years training invoices, not enough details who has taken those training. No evidence of payments for training.

    My sponsor nomination is refused due training. We send them email Friday 2 pm after 2.5 years and Monday 1 o’clock their response was refusing nomination thank you Immi that was great news after waiting 2.5 years. Probably will appeal this case soon. Less than 1 working day how could they see and decide this much quicker l. Where were you this all years. Speechless... is there anyone took training refusal to the appeal. How long is gonna take any idea? I appreciate to sharing any experiences.

    Hi folks, after we made complaining to federal feedback department, finally I have got case officer. let’s see what will happen from now on. My MA suggests 4 weeks time we will get answer! -Is there anyone with same situation? -What’s is your suggestions?     -First year I was full of hope, dreaming and about to get property here, -End of second year I totally lost my hope and start thinking to go back, -last 3 months I’m almost ready to leave, it looks like rather then saying no straight away, what they want is applicants to give up so there will be no excuse from immi.

    I am also ready for refusal. Just wanna see the result. After lodge my application last 2 years time we paid bridging visa 5 times which cost nearly $750 + $1500 for complain to my MA, $100 new police checks, $700 health checks... more and more! Sick of waiting mate.

    Program admin. Trt, high risk, nsw pese, both nom and visa lodged 31 March 2016 no news at all. Rang immi. Couple of times and usual answer be patient & wait. Now prepairing for formal complain. I have been told After we lodge all documents. it will take 4-8 weeks to hear from immi. Is there anyone can confirm this info.?

    Hi Pomz! I have a question not sure if anyone having similar difficulty to understand. My partner is on depending visa from me and she has been going and back to Australia many times last 2 years. Do you guys think that, this makes delay to our application? We have been waiting for 27 months not even one word from immigration. My MA saying she is the second applicant so There is nothing to worry about.

    Just rang immi for update, same answer “be patient”. How could people be patient after 27 months? After I mention that I have been waiting since March 2016 she was surprised! as soon as I ask why it takes this much long for visa process her voice changed. They keep telling they are back. Comparing with other people, it is really unfair to delay 2016 applications.

    I got news from my MA that one of his long wait (more than 2 years) clients has done a complaint and within a week they received visa approval. who is waiting out there more than 2 years you have right to complain ur delay. I’m also going to do next week and will share if I get anything.

    Nope they didn’t. just wanna update my all documents so I hope they will not have any excuse to hold me much longer

    My MA will do complaint soon, I’m trying to get recently paper work such as AFP, back home police check and other financial information ready. My occupation is program Admin. TRT 2 people; myself HR and my partner LR Nsw pese. I have called them couple of times but always same answer “no CO allocated yet, please be patient”

    702 days no update! I have called them several times and got usual answer till last week; he said I m one of the oldest application (which is I know very well) applied both nom.&visa at the same day 31 March 2016 so basically he said they don’t pick up files depend of app date but how much interested (didn’t really explain what does it mean) probably how big is your employer, your salary, occupation etc. i was told exactly this; -it’s not a matter of life and death -end of the day you have job and working I would really love to answer this way! I work very hard and pay big taxes so you can sit down there pick up someone’s app Depending your feeling but I just couldn’t... they said hopefully after financial year most of the old applications are getting solve Now my MA considers to complain about this incredible waiting time to global feedback team. My question; is anyone here have done any other complaints and what will be the best&quickest result I would receive from them cheers.

    Hi mate, Same here nom. and visa loged 31 march 2016 but didn't hear anything from CO yet. I have called them recently 3 times for update, I only got that someone is going to contact me or my MA as soon as they open my file. Feeling that something is going wrong but I can't do anything. I m in prison and no clue when it will be over... also they are making our progresses more slow these days, after the changes I was thinking that they will have less job and it will help them to finalise more files but looks like it will be opposite.

    Congrats to everyone who got their PR recently! I m a quite member of Pimsinoz, I have been reading all the conversations last 3 months. Unlikely i m also waiting since 2016 march unfortunately nothing heard from Immi yet my timeline nom and visa lodged 31 march 2016 HR county 2 person transition nsw pese program admin
