We arrived into the beautiful city of Brisbane just 4 weeks ago.. and have loved every second of our new lives exploring in the sunshine!! We have found ourselves a lovely rental house (with a pool...wow wow tripple fantastic!!!!! ) close to the bayside in the south, a perfect location for us!! Our daughter has been enrolled into the local school.. and so the job hunt is about to commence!! We have so much to learn, and so much yet to do...but we have a lifetime to do them.. and so 'no dramas' .. we are just feeling so incredibly lucky to be here at all!! Looking forward to a meet up with Patw and the 'poms gang' on the 16th. Will be great to start meeting people and chat to folk who have lived and breathed our world! Again, i just wanted to thank everyone who willed and wished us through the hard times. We are genuinely living the dream.. feeling like we've won the lottery, and still cannot quite believe we made it!! For anyone struggling through the visa process.. keep going.. keep fighting.. keep dreaming!! its worth every nano second of pain to achieve the life Australia has to offer.. big breath.. head down.. you CAN do it!!!
