I've drunk out in KL many times, while hardly cheap, being a majority Muslim country, still cheaper than Perth. I found most places in London to be as well and Singapore. If it's based on a bottle of beer, then Perth has to rank close to number 1 - most places are $7-$10 per bottle which is more expensive than Oslo surely?? Yep had a weekend in Prague going back 13 years ago, worked out about 30p a pint I think I spent £50 for the whole weekend food drink and taxi's !
