  1. ive got a few friends that are hvac project managers and there isnt a lot of work out there one has been looking for 14 weeks , a big mech company went under in june including the service arm of that company , two other large companies that are sister companies one being a large mech company with a service arm are merging and the staff have got to reapply for their jobs as there will be a double up , eg two service managers , two account managers etc so a lot of jobs will be lost there and thats just in WA , this particular company has branches all over australia and the same will be happening in other states , it would be advisable to do your own research on this so you have a proper picture of what is happening in your line of work over here , the two companies merging wont be news until the beggining of nov although most people in the hvac industry knew about it with in hours of it going around in a private memo ,
  2. i know there is a primary called east butler , hight school state would be clarkson senior high and there is a catholic high school called irene mckormick ,
  3. Im looking to buy a property for my daughter to live in , as you cant get rentals easily , even worse with a dog and no chance of subletting the rooms to help pay the high rents , i assumed it was a buyers market i had my reality check with in a week of looking at properties , anything from zero to $450,000 is being snapped up really quick if its value for money . The mortgage lender at the anz told me the day before i went to see here she had wrote up 8 new loans for houses that day and they cant keep up because of the new buyers comming into the market , i went last week through houses i wanted to see let the agent know sunday night , we were going tues morning by then 6 out of the 8 were under offer , so i think ill take a step back until after xmas and just watch the market , as there dosnt seem to be any " great buys " out there , it maybe a totally different story with houses over 500k

My daughter built a home through key start with her now ex boyfriend , they did it through an agent who was atatched to home buyers and celebration homes , they had to be clear of debts , fit the criteria with income etc , they released the money for the land and payments for the house build as it hit the different stages etc , they also handled all the paper work for the first time home buyers etc

  21. i dont know about qlnd but in perth finding white ant activity does not get you out of the contract , as long as the vendor fixes the damage , and sprays it , i always put in the contract subject to my self being happy with the pest control report , i also put in subject to finance of my choice eg anz guildford branch , then i can always get them to withdraw the finance if need be , if some thing comes up that i am unhappy with , this is all learnt through hard lessons lol
