saras712 Posted June 18, 2013 Share Posted June 18, 2013 Thanks DIAC........................to teach me big lesson of keeping patience.You have tested as long as you wanted that gave me good chance to pass through all different stages of liefe,But you forget that "Winners never quit and Quitter Never win."We all are Winners.After 1293 Days of my application I am Granted for permanent residency. 06/12/09- Application 08/05/2013-----AFP done second time 15/05/2013 Rang DIAC and nice Lady informed that I was flagged for case officer and proceed for medical and PCC 22/05/2013- Medical done second time. 24 th May 2013--------- Case officer allocated 31/05/2013---Got letter from Medibank,found Abnormal chest x ray,Explained Anatomy and Acute Pulmonary Bronchitic Aspergillosis.......go for further Medical check up With GP to CT scan and Respiratory specialist. 01/06/2013---- GP-appointment and found no single symptoms and referred to CT scan and Respiratory specialist 05/06/2013---- CT scan 13/06/2013----- Respiratory Specialist appointment found nothing---- report suppose to submit next day. 17/06/2013----Report faxed....talked to medibank.... and heard will not be untill 24 june as Medical officer of commonwealth busy. 18/06/2013----Just curious to see what online status showing------ It was showing Documents met---- Applicant approved---visa entitlement---Permanent Resident----- Havent got official letter yet.... They have only asked for form 80 and passport yet. We are having a baby soon , so cant have medicals. Has anybody got similar situation? Do I keep submitting docs and not worry about medicals? HEY BINDA , tnx for advice , just want to know you are a single applicant or couple.A lot of single applicant for getting co .what we done with immi. just a big question mark for all single applicant .pls let us know and congress for u r good news . It asked me to proceed with my meds & pcc after which i of-course got pushed to P5. Any idea what can be done now and if the application might still be live and not dumped and refused. My current status is äpplication being processed further" which was last updated in 2009. It;s been that way since except for the mail that i missed. Guest QUYENQUANGT Posted June 19, 2013 Share Posted June 19, 2013 Migration agent at Strathfield NSW has informed me just now that DIAC is looking at cases from June 2010 for 886 - not entirely sure if this is CO allocation or just looking into files, but if you are 886 from 2009, go call them at 1300 number and give them a stinker. I will updated further today as I have communication with them currently. Added: And no, I won't be answering your questions, I am not your Genie. Any further updates? Say you discussed with migration agents if you don't have one - and say you know that there is applicants who are getting looked in from June 2010. Ask them why your application is not having a look in and want to know when exactly - they will tell you that August bullshit. 2. Tell them that you want to speak to the processing side, not the contact side (whom you will be talking to at this initial stage) 3. They will say that we cannot do that, or we can only send them email and it takes 7 working days 4. Say I will go on hold, and will wait until somebody from there is able to talk - they will either do it or send email to processing side with high priority. 5. Thank me later.
