You are right. He needs a fund of 500K for this class action. 5K per apllicant only if they can get 100 applicants to sign in. It could be less than 5K if more than 100 people sign the agreement, Good luck!

I think they're trying to get at least 100 people on board, only 3 have signed up so far. The lawyer is asking for 500k,

It is going no where.....i guess this is the end of these visa categories. Take the refund guys....move on with your life

Have you called DIBP? I am 886 May 2009 and got the grant back on 22 May 2013.

It should't be a problem. I once applied BVB on Sept 2011 and was issued on the spot. I put visiting family member in the application form, and was given 12 months multiple entry.

There are some applicant from HR countries that have been waiting over than 12 months since they got their CO and submitted all required documents.

I rang them and they pull out all of my travel movements and checking all visas that I have held before. You have to answer a lot of questions before they can pull out your informations in their system. They then will be able to tell you exactly if you meet 4 years lawful residence in Australia, and the date that you will be eligible to put your application.
