There wont be any changes in the SOL in July 2014.... All the existing categories will continue to be in the new SOL... http://www.minister.immi.gov.au/media/mc/2014/mc215271.htm

Even I advice you better show some restraint judging DIBP's action!!!! Optimism is good (I recommend) but over expectation is bad and hurts, if let down. Just wait for a while, things will start unfolding in few months and we can know a bit which way the DIBP are heading.... Till then cheers..

Its sad some members are hell bent to lower the morale of others, who have been waiting for some respite after a painfully long wait!!!! But, I prefer to hear a clear NO from the DIBP rather than losing my heart listening to these people!!!! If DIBP had plans to Cap and Cease Family Visa's they would have not merged us with other category. If at all it affects, its going to be fresh applications and not the one's already lodged.

I continue to stay optimistic.... Even my Agent has assured of some healthy developments this year... Keeping hopes alive

True, Skilled Australian Sponsored is clubbed with State/Territory and Regional nominated category, which still holds 28850 applications.... I'm optimistic 176 FS should be cleared for 2014-15
