IF your application was to fail for any reason - as you are being sponsored it means that you could take you case to the Migration Review Tribunal - you do not have this option on 175. Guest Stuck Posted April 5, 2012 Share Posted April 5, 2012 I submitted my AFP and Mediacals on the 10th of FEB! then the case office asked for my countrys police clearance by the end of April,which was submitted 10 of March. I still have received the PR! Case officer keeps saying he is too busy and has a lot of back log so he hasnt looked at my documents yet. what can i do to speed up this process. mi think its very unfair that they have to take a month to look at the documents! I want to know how would this impact my chances of getting a grant. Also, will CO reject my application knowing that I lost my job & I don't have a new one? Any update/feedback will be appreciated.
