hi guys urgently needing help. Case officer requested medical checks from myself (main applicant) and my wife, the problem is my wife is 1 month pregnant, and I think she will not be allowed to have X ray test. is this true?. my other question will decision on my application stays on hold until my baby birth which then my wife can have her medical test? or they can process my application and my wife turn comes later after birth? please I need help

congratulations to your friend. can you tell when he was assigned case officer please, I m Jan 2009 havent heard anything

you said in a previous post that you and your mate both applied in 2010, but in the grant letter your mate applied Dec 2008, plus how come DIAC didnt ask him to do the Meds again as it should expired after 1 year. I wish that they start processing Cat 5 as I m one one of them....thank you for the effort any way. by the way this is not the right thread to post please post in the cat 5 thread next time.

he cant be cat 5, as there are thousands of applicants waiting since 2007, 2008 and 2009 etc, you better ask or read your friend's grant letter and check which cat he belongs to.
