They have requested medicals and police checks, however when I checked our online application it is still showing as "processing commenced". If I had not seen the email from the agent and the official request from diac I would not believe it. I am conscious that there are others in the queue in front of us. I can only hope that many peeps have received good news today and they are not yet aware of it. I nearly got knocked down when I got the text from my OH, I am in a state of shock. scared to believe it really! Alan Collet has posted on the main migration thread about diac trying to expedite applications by asking applicants to front load meds and pc's in order to meet the July 2011 deadline. We haven't front loaded so our application is gonna take longer to process. Your names are one of the next to go Maria, and I wouldn't be surprised if you get the golden email this week! I am assuming that you are all in the same boat and that DIAC are sorting through all applications before the case officer gets in touch. I have as yet not heard from a case officer but it shows the light at the end of the tunnel is getting bigger Dear Client, Thank you for your email in relation to your visa application under Australia's General Skilled Migration program. As your application has been allocated to a case officer your enquiry has been referred to the area processing your visa application for your case officer's attention. You will receive a response within seven (7) working days. We had to submit further work evidence (gave payslips, work and client references, bank statements and a stat dec from my mom - who is my boss). Now we are waiting to see what's next.. Everything on my online tracker says met - even medicals. Haven't submitted pcc's as it takes 8 weeks and we are still waiting. Only thing is Specific Work experience says - further work evidence requested. We are not claiming those extra points as we don't need it...
