I uploaded BAS every 3 months, payslips every 1-2 months, letter from accountant after every year. ask your employer to write a letter to Immi if there are any positive changes in the company - company is growing, revenue is bigger, there are new contracts, more employees etc. I wish you good luck! Some 2016 are yet to be granted, they jumped to may 2017 back to February while January are yet to be considered. Today, I received an email from my MA which screenshot I've attached below. I applied for RSMS on 2 Aug 2016 since then I did not hear anything from the department and today I received this email. Last month Australian border force has imposed a bar for 36 months (30/07/2018) on the company because the employer did not comply with all the obligations for 457 visas, therefore, money monitoring got a negative result from the department but my MA is saying it will affect negatively to my RSMS file as well. in that email, the department is asking to comment on the adverse information. Is there anyone on the same boat in this group or any suggestion what explanation I can give in my comment.
