Congrats Mine also as office manager U gave me hope Last month MA told employer to submitt BAS , Tax Return of buisness , when i asked him he said he need to update immigration ... Submitted last friday .... Is same thing happened to u or ur case was different And how u knew it that file was open .. Did they sent u an email ?

I dont knw MA told me that its in immi account .. I cant check it by myself bcoz he has the password

Hi guys Just need some information about nomination process .. My immi account shows i need to updated BAS , Tax return of buisness this year .. Does it mean they opened nomination file or CO will call or email once it opened ....

Recently it takes more than 3 months bcoz they changed rules for RCB ... Once RCB is approved 50% case is done before it has not this much value and one more positivity is if RCB approved they alse approved nomination otherwise case is finished at first step which means RCB refusal ...
