Thanks @MaggieMay24 for your reply. I already have applied for 190 and got the bridging visa. And it's rearly close coz it's already been 7 months and months hoping my file to open this week or next week if everything goes well.

Hi Raul can you please tell me that if 457 visa gets canceled due to not finding the another employer in time limit then 190 bridging Is also going to cancel?

Ok then what is my option @wrusssell. To find new employer is the only option for me or anything else? Please suguest. And the nomination should be transferred by that time or its Ok if we apply for it?

Thanks wrussell. I was qualified as chef at that time but my employer nominated me as cook to pay less salary. But while giving reference he mentioned me as chef
