Hello Everyone My friend applied for subclass 190 and he unintentionally claimed 5 extra points that he could not prove so his application has been refused by the immigration department. Over claimed points relates to work experience. His work experience starts from feb 2014 and he accidentally pressed Feb 2013. Case officer mentioned that she is satisfied with all the other documents but due to this mistake she refused the application. Can someone please help with guidance. your help will be much appreciated. Please advise me whether should he apply for AAT or not? Would he be able to win the merit review? What would be the best option for him? Thank you

Hi Everyone My Pte score got expired during the process of my application. Recently case officer requested my PTE test report from the web. However PTE score report get expire from the website after 2 years therefore I unable to send it from there and I also tried to communicate with PTE support team. They have mentioned that they can't release the score from the system due to being expired. Furthermore they mentioned if DHA need to confirm the score they can contact the PTE support team manually. I want to know what should I do in this case? Do I need to sit in for another test or would I be ok with the test score I've provided to DHA? If anyone has any information please reply. I'll really appreciate your time, effort and knowledge. Hello Everyone I urgently need your help and suggestions, please. Today, I received an email from my MA which screenshot I've attached below. I applied for RSMS on 2 Aug 2016 since then I did not hear anything from the department and today I received this email. Last month Australian border force has imposed a bar for 36 months (30/07/2018) on the company because the employer did not comply with all the obligations for 457 visas, therefore, money monitoring got a negative result from the department but my MA is saying it will affect negatively to my RSMS file as well. in that email, the department is asking to comment on the adverse information. Is there anyone on the same boat in this group or any suggestion what explanation I can give in my comment.
