My agent asked me to do a Statutory declaration and I also asked my consultant to confirm my skills.Ā Has anyone experienced a situation where their employer refuses to sign their reference letter? What's your occupation? If you can't get your employer to sign the reference letter, you can try convincing a senior manager at your organisation. The statutory declaration and your Australian qualifications should suffice.

Jonjo you don't need to worry...things are moving pretty quick for you. If you have received an email stating your application is being put through assessment that very much means you are going to get some good news very soon provided all your documents are in order. Lucky you!!!

Jonjo
Thanks Mark23, we just have to wait for our AFP carts to come through and then upload, we already had police commissioners immi police checks done in UK and already uploaded them, in addition to this, me and my partner have enhanced DBS disclosures from the UK in which we also attached. Hoping to get this over the line, and wishing everyone else the same.
