  1. Hi guys, Please does anyone have an idea what else I need to do. I have been on further assessment since feb2019 when my nomination was approved and all document requested was provided. Another CO contacted me to provide finger print on May 6 approved my my country i.e another police check. This have provided on May 9. But uptil now i have not heard anything. All email to co never replied too. Is there any better ways to do this. I applied as a social worker Visa applied May 2018. Thanks
  2. This process can be so terrifying. Nomination approved 22/02/19, submitted all requested documents on 14/3 and after more than 2 months of silence, requested fingerprint endorsed by my country national police, submitted 9/5. Still waiting. They are pain!!!
  3. Congratulations. This process can be so terrifying. Nomination approved 22/02/19, submitted all requested documents on 14/3 and after more than 2 months of silence, requested fingerprint endorsed by my country national police, submitted 9/5. Still waiting. They are pain!!!
  4. Yes nomination approved since Feb 20 and requested evidence of 3years expereince in nominated field. I was nominated as a social worker- have a post qualification expereince of 2years and 3month as the only years my 485visa can carry. Prior I have like 5years of expereince doing similar jobs. All evidence submitted on march 14. Am still waiting, still shows further assessment.
  5. We in same boat. Further assessment for almost 2months now. Had lot of expereince that in the field prior to me graduating as a social worker. Then I have 2years and 3month post graduate expereince. All these evidence have been submitted. I am equally worried. we might be able to support eachother with some expereince
  6. Same thing with me.. further assessment since feb 14.
  7. I dont need a skill assessment for my occupation it an ANZSCO occupation(social worker). I have read immi legislation over again it only says relavant occupations with skills performed same level.
  8. That good, sound nice. All document requested from me have been submitted. One clause is that I have over 6years of experience in related field prior to my qualification and 2 years and 4 month of post qualification working for my present employer (hospital mental health service) hopeful it goes well. And I hope yours goes well too, just waiting for the past 3weeks since status changed to further assessment.
  9. Hi, we in similar shoe. Applied may 2018 Normination approved in Feb Submitted all required doc 14/3 Status saying further assessment, still waiting since then Occupation: social worker. Did you studied in australia? Do you have 3year of post study expereince?
  10. Hi.. was your 3years post qualification expereince or relevant as specified? Not many of us has 3years post study expereince if you studied in australia
  11. Hello..i did applied same time(may 2018) as social worker, and my application have moved to further assessment. But here is one issues am dealing with inside and hopeful im able to meet the 3years work expereince requirment. I have work in relevant field for more than 5years but are pre- graduate jobs and 2year and 3 month post study expereince. All tasks perfomed are social worker duties. Please can you advice your expereince of this.
  12. Thanks Mark for your lenghty reply, it did a great relief. I have been in consultation with the migration act and its interpretations skill and expereince and as you said it does not specify otherwise, so should be good as long as its a task that aline with the ANZCO classfication for the profession equivalent to an award of bachelor degree or masters in the field.
