But what about the previous work period with the same employer. In most of the cases let's say TRT people are already with the employer for more than 3 years and working in regional areas hence for immi dept they already been working more than 2 years though 8ts clearly stated that we have to live in regional areas after the visa grant.

I don't think immi will take any action as it clearly says that they will expect you to stay for 2 years in nominated position but it's not a mandatory . Once you are PR without having any condition. I don't think it will have a problem unless u provide mislead info. But if your employer take objection on your decision then immi might give you notice to clarify the reason of leaving .

hi guys just want to share good news and timeline with you guys. applied visa on 8 may 2018 as a chemical engg and nomination in mid march. Got PR yesterday . additional documents asked AFP without middle name on 21 feb,submitted the same on 27 Feb 2019. Hope this will give you some encouragement in this tough period.

It's always a point of debate whether to stay in your work for 2 years after granting visa.... but does anybody have cancelled his/her visa due to leaving employer before 2 years .... Or immi will be ok if one stays in regional area after leaving his sponsorer...

Again time line change back to 15-16 month

hi can somebody tell me ..... i applied TRT 187 in may 2018 but now want to change it to 186 application. would i be able to do it without paying fees and which date will be considered for 186 visa ? May 2018 or OCt 2018.
