Hello guys, I got pr 9 months ago....now employer telling me that they cannot afford me anymore because they business not making any money...it's very quite. Now my question is do i still need to work in the kitchen as a was sponsored as a chef? Or I can have any other job? Do I get any trouble from the immigration? Any Help would be appreciated. It means your application getting looked at....mine says further assessment for the past one and half month.... So much wastage of time....also shit loads of stress.... Good luck with your application

My nomination got approved on 7th of March......but immi account says further assessment from 28th of Feb.....I waited 2yrs and 2 weeks already

I am from April 2017 batch....they contacted my agent for more information and after that approved my nomination.....but still waiting on visa.

Yes my friend. ..you need to have positive skill assessment and 3 yrs of full time experience also 6 in each bands.....government changed law this year on 1st of march.... to clarify that you can visit homeaffairs website....speak to a professional migration agent....thats the best thing to do rather than asking people like al of us...i read that info another day on immigration website..good luck

Waited 19 months already.....but still no news... But last updated date changed in my immiaccount....i think its because i submitted copy of my new passport as my old one expired...... Any idea guys? Thanks
