Me too, documents requested on feb 5 and further assesesment since feb 15. But nomination not approved yet...

Is there anybody here whos application states "further assessment" and has been asked for the last documents but the nomination haven't been approved yet?

I've got that s56 email back on February 5th and I upload all the documents by february 20th. I also asked for a 2 vac for my partner that same day (that's a second application payment instead of seating the english test). My status shows "further assessment" Also nomination not approved yet

You'll have to seat it again. Any english test is only valid for 2 years

Koala did they asked you for any documents? Is yes what date was it and when did you submitted it?

That's my case, they requested more documents (proof of partner relationship, partner english test, both AFP check, and health check) on February 5th, everything was submitted by february 15th and my application says "further assessments" since then. Nomination not approved yet

I see that there is some people who applied in june 2017 and they have got nomination approvals and documents request around january a February this year. My point is that they have similar document request and nomination approval dates. I also applied in june 2017 and they requested my partner English test, Health Check and proof of relationship on February 5th. Everything was submitted on February 15th. My application indicates that it is in "further assessment" it have been 1 month and eleven days since then. May god help us to get the PR soon.

MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 137Q Cancellation of regional sponsored employment visas Employment does not commence (1) The Minister may cancel a regional sponsored employment visa held by a person if: (a) the Minister is satisfied that the person has not commenced the employment referred to in the relevant employer nomination within the period prescribed by the regulations; and (b) the person does not satisfy the Minister that he or she has made a genuine effort to commence that employment within that period. If you are casual it will. If you have sign a full time contract then you'll be free after 2 years of the celebration of the contract if you get your PR
