S.md
Hello guys just a quick doubt is immigration always asking for additional document for 187 visa as most of us are waiting for 15..16 months or are there instant where people have been granted visa without asking any thing even after 16 + months Edited October 3, 2017 by S.md
Xman
Hi everyone! I have been a silent follower of this forum for a while. I have been waiting for 15 months and 9 days and finally this morning I decided to call immigration for the first time following a friend's advice (they didn't say anything really.... just to keep waiting). And surprisingly I got a call from my MA just now telling me that my nomination just got approved half an hour ago! and they had a question about one of my police checks (apparently NZ's police checks are issued in a "funny way") This is my timeline: 187 DE restaurant manager LR (QLD) Nomination & visa: 24 June 2016 Nomination approved: 3 Oct 2017 Fingers crossed!!Congrats alot...R u from HR or LR country??Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Melanie GW
Just contacted our immigration agent for an update as it's been six months since our application and nomination went in for 186 visa. She's just told me that the nomination has been approved so just waiting on the visa application at the moment. Hopefully not too long now!!!! The immiaccount still says 'received' but it must be 'open' now as the nomination has been approved. Timeline: nomination and Visa 186 Application submitted 18th April 2017; Nomination approved 04/10/2017
simar27
he applied 16 april onshore NSW these are the resons for refusal Firstly, the applicant provided an unaudited Financial Statement which includes figures for the financial years 2014 and 2015 Secondly, the applicant confirmed in the application form that the business is employing two Australian citizens and permanent residents and two foreign employees. The gross payroll expenditure of the business in the past 12 months (from 16 April 2015 to 16 April 2016) is $75,000.00 Thirdly, the applicant confirmed in the list of employees provided with the organizational structure that the business is employing six staff including one full time Director, a full time manager (nominee), one full time cook, and three staff (kitchen and waiting staff). The total number of staff as per application form is four; a clear contradiction of the number of staff working for the business. In light of the fact that no verifiable evidence of sustainable source of income has been provided, the conflicting information regarding the payroll expenditure of the business in the past twelve months, and insufficient payroll expenditure during the last twelve months, I find that the nominator has not demonstrated the financial capacity to be able to pay the full-time salary for the nominated position for at least 2 years. Based on the information provided, I do not find that the nominee is to be engaged under the direct control of the nominator, or that the nominee will be employed on a full-time basis in the position for at least 2 years. So he's already worked for the nominator when he applied? Does he appeal the application after that?

Fran
Hi, I am planning to lodge application for 187 visa, HR country and currently working already with the employer for 12 months. It is a big organisation and highly suitable for sponsorship. Due to the expected changes coming soon, and happens that i will not be eligible if it is implemented by March as i have less than three years experience in the occupation, what will be our faith for intending applicants? i have so far the following documents to lodge the application: Qualification certificate, ielts result, police checks, marriage certificate, passport copy of child, partner and me, birth cert for my child, partner and me and partner ielts. I am also qualified for 489 but this 187 is more easier for me. Please add any thing you think that i need to make my application strong. Thank you
