as long as your employer can prove that he genuinely need you and you doing your duties you will be fine.

i have no idea about what documents they ask him as its not me its one of the member in group. in my case i won AAT july 2020 they ask me payslips notice of assesment group certificates, marketing or promtions i do in business, bankstatements, super statement, emails meetings evidence everything for past 2 years police checks and medical was requested after wining AAT.

only immi know when they gonna grant visa to AAT files. we have AAT whatsapp group and we do have 1 retail manager and 1 other occupation not sure what it is they won AAT march 2020 and may 2020 and grant visas with in 2 months. in my case i won my AAT july 2020 since then i have two S56 request and after that nothing happen.

i just called homeaffairs they said after winning AAT your file consider as a new case file so the 17-35 months processing time will apply on applications after winning AAT and there is nothing we can do about it if they require any other information they will contact us.

yes even we didnt expect that they gonna ask for this but we already provide that and waiting again lol hopefully there is no third S56 request

RCB Applied :- JULY 2016 Visa and nomination applied :- AUG 2016 refusal of nomination :- DEC 2017 refusal of visa :- JAN 2017 Applied AAT nomination DEC 2017 and for visa JAN 2018 AAT case opened FEB 2020 requested further documents Documents submit MARCH 2020 Got invitaion for hearing JUNE 2020 Hearing was on JULY 2020 after hearing they give us 10 days to submit more documents. 22 JULY nomination Approved and visa application sent back to immi for reconsidration 27 JULY nomination approved by immi and case officer ask for further document for visa application (PCC,AFP,MEDICAL) 21 AUG Submitted all S56 requested documents. 22 OCT recieved another S56 request they ask for letter from employer to confirm position still availble and will be availble for 2 years. RETAIL MANAGER ACT 187 DE waiting for the result

immi is alive i have recived 2nd s56 req in 3 months since my file send back to immi after AAT win.
