Hello guys just a quick question if any one in this group can help i am planning to apply 489 with my wife being main applicant she is IT engineer and thinking to apply off shore which state do you guys recommend to apply for in which state do you think it is fast and easier to get this visa and what is minimum ielts or pte score is required for applying it Any sort of information will be appreciated

Hello guys how many retail managers are still waiting for 187 from 2016 let’s count how many of us left out we don’t even have a spreadsheet maintained like 186 so not getting any ide about how many % have cleared already thank you

Hello guys just a quick doubt is immigration always asking for additional document for 187 visa as most of us are waiting for 15..16 months or are there instant where people have been granted visa without asking any thing even after 16 + months

Minimum time could be one or two month I guess as some of them in this group got as early as that but they where scientists and professionals like that and what is ur profession and time line

No use off making any assumptions coz it totally up to immigration at the moment and ur occupation matters if you are been sponsored by retail or restaurant then just wait and watch if you are lucky enough or be prepared for worst..

Other visas are getting quicker then 187 once I am blue moon we have some one saying my is allocated or got PR how ridiculous is it top on priority list and still stuck

Guy if any one withdraws the application do they get refund from immigration or the visa fees gets dissolved so frustrating it's 13 month started and no update

Cook and retail managers are in very bad situations I guess applied in aug as retail manager still waiting and business is closing down in another one month coz of labour problems and stuff ups due to it I am struggling with my both immigration and my bad luck have put so much money and time and I don't even know what's goin to happen with me

Any one had encountered if immigration response to urgency of employee or sponcer I am in total f*** setiuatio my sponcer is a dominos franchisee the company is taking away the store from him because of some f'up I got only one month or my application will be declined as it's not run by same person what can I do in such situations any advice guys I have got only 5 wks from now
