I asked my MA and few other MA about this as we are in same setuation and all of them said we just needed PTE or IELTS to be valid only at the time applying visa so should not be any issue but who knows it's totally up to the CO I guess, don't stress as it's of no use immigration is going ku Ku can do any thing they want ??

Hello guys Just a question that English language is expiring very soon and the CO is not appointed do they ask to take the test again or what happens to such a scenario.. coz hell of a waiting for retail managers applications was Aug 2016 both nomination and visa

Mine is august and nothing till now .. people with march are still waiting we are far behind.. we can just hope for good any ways what is ur time line and profession

Some of them do it but not all I guess as one of my friend got sponcered with dominos gets good pay and he is now citizen of Australia there are many out there who take money for sponsoring people because of them genuine people are have trouble and immigrating to Australia have become so bad and getting a visa is not very easy. I heard not only Indians are demanding but also other nationals do such thing ..

I think they are going to increase the time line every month god knows what are they up to

Hey mate you should have applied the visa already you should always apply both nomination and visa together as it will take you another 11..12 months for ur visa now after you get ur nomination done best of luck mate hope every thing goes smooth with you

Hey Have they rejected visas what do you mean by dint go smooth and what is ur time line thank you

It's the direct entry We had the RCB approved in just one wk as there is lot of labour problem in this area we have submitted our application after we had the RCB approval also submitted every thing as suggested by our MA still the application is s very slow

Any one with 187 DE in nsw onshore .. any update guys as I can c most of them on this forum are off shore is there any progress with ur applications or is it same as the offshore ..??? as many MA tell me processing time is different for onshore and offshore application
