I have read this one before but I am not sure what must be the reasons behind rejections I have applied for RSMS187 on22 Aug 2016 I just wanted to make sure if I have any trouble coz can have a back up plan as immigration is taking so long for processing application thank you for ur response

Hey Trevi86 I got you .. even I think immigration talks so much bulshit telling they want to expand out of metropolitan cities but when people like us have come regional have to go thru so much trouble settle down coz lack services available in regional and in return have to wait for our application so long I am in a place where the population is around 10k and if they are expecting that the business can make a million $$ to be able to sponsor then to me it looks like all the rsms criteria is a big joke on our faces .... it's just that we can't do any thing and have to wait no one is going to listen to us

I think it's just because the processing time for Transition pathway or ENS is lesser then the direct entry we have to wait 12.. 13 months nothing before that they are going to touch our files

Who is ur agent buddy ..I would recommend you to get a good MA coz lot of fools have become MA even I had trouble with one of them already don't want you to take wrong decisions as mentioned by" Yuvi " you can't apply any visa onshore

No mate if you are holding BVE then no traveling rights if you go you can't come back unless ur MRT result is positive and you get ur visa back

What franchisee is it ..there are lot of us who have applied under franchisee not to worry if the business is have good turnover that more than enough I guess

Hey buddy You still have time just apply for visa as well or else as you know you would have to wait another year for no reason and you never know what will immigration change next ... they are really pathetic

One of the MA told me immigration is taking some where b/w 10 to 15 months to process rsms these days god knows how long for me now

Hello guys if we call immigration to check the progress do they tell us if the CO is appointed for our applications or not I am trying to call from last 3 days and it's always busy just trying to know what's happening but no luck

Just another day and the wait still continues.. immigration still buzy reforming thing rather then clearing up the existing applications and make us free.. If RCB is liable to check the Gennuineness of business and they have approved the application then why do immigration have to take so much time after each and every application. i don't really understand is that if some one wants an employee ASAP and thinks of sponsorship because of shortage of labour and looking at this long wait he would have to rather shutdown with this 1 year wait period it's already regional and thing going very rough how can any one wait for visa so long if the business really wants some one to look it after.

If i may ask you What sort of business is it .. is it a franchisee or the Indipended company
