Do not worry u will be all right
It happened with me last year
One of employee had salary differences in 2014 and my employer paid it
Immi ask proof
And my employer provided all business bank statements
But they refused it because we had not provided that employees bank statements which we could
After see that reason we send her bank statements
But Immi did not accept
And they said they already maid decision so can bot be changed they told us for appeal. But I had still 457 visa left so I applied again I'm still waiting for results since May 2017
If u paid difference u would be alright

Has there been any solid observation/evidence that applications with HR applicants take longer to be finalised that LR applications?

I am stuck in the middle that myself and child are LR and wife is HR. :$ Don't really know what to expect next.

Is there anybody who have been asked to provide AFP certificate even you have not been in Australia for 12 months in total?

Many thanks.

What does HR and LR mean?

I think people refer them as High risk citizenship and low risk citizenship from DIBP's perspective.

So if you have a passport which allows you to travel to Australia without applying a visitor visa, then you would be considered as low risk.

However I do think this concept is out dated. I noted various applicants got approved around 6 months mark regardless of HR or LR.
