I applied on 27/04/2016 as a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER . Have called immi so many times but they always have the same reply that my file still hasn’t been allocated and that I’ll have to just be patient and wait .

I can exactly feel your frustration mate as I’m in the same boat as u . I applied on 27 April 2016 in transition stream as a customer service manager and so far haven’t got any progress......[emoji35][emoji30] have tried calling them so many times but the same reply every time that we will just have to wAit no idea how long it could take ...... Unfortunately they don't mate. L they do is give u the standard reply which is " your file hasn't been allocated yet , sorry for the delay but u just gonna have to be patient and wait but no one knows how long ...... I've been waiting for nearly 17 months now and have called immigration around 5-6 times but everytime got the same reply.... this whole system is so not fair for some of us..... This just doesn't make any sense anymore as they keep changing the up to month but April 2016 stays the same for almost over a year now.... so depressing and frustrating for all of us , specially the ones who've been waiting longer than 15 months with not even a file allocation yet .....and the wurst part is they still say u will have to wait with no specific timeframe given about the wait . ....[emoji37][emoji37][emoji37] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
