Hi Everyone, My AAT nomination remit and won the nomination. The lawyer assistant Told us I have to retake the Ielts and score 6 for all component. I’m so confused that we appeared at AAT. Why I have to following the new English Requirements? I have no idea..... :( I saw immi offical website I can exemption the English test to meet of the follows: ‘have completed at least five years of full-time study in a secondary or higher education institution where all of the tuition was delivered in English.’ Is it aright for the outside Secondary school? I studied over 5 year full time Secondary school delivered In English but NOT in Australia. Is in my home town. I do not have confident to pass the English test. Please help bro and sis. Thank you

Finally, My AAT remitted to immi and Nomination approved. Question is the old rules of IELTS was 5 for 4 component. But the new rule is 6 for 4 component. Is it I should following the old rule right? Coz I’m appealing to AAT. Thanks

Finally, My AAT remit to ImmI. However, they still request nearest company financial summary, pay slip and bank statement etc. is anyone know what the next happens? Don’t know how long I have to wait. I’m already waiting 409 days. Can’t sleep well, no mood going out, no planning and dead walking.

Its made me crazy! Since last Year March refusal and waiting now still no results. My boss submitted further documents last month. No no no results. Already blank everyday and no planning anymore. DEAD walking.........

My 186 nomination refused at 3 Mar 17 and we applied AAT. AAT requested further document of last 3 months company financial summary and other supporting documents last month.All submitted, I still waiting the results and almost for a months. Is there anybody know when I know the final results? Is is a good chance for us AAT still asking the last documents. Very nervous:( Thanks all!

My nomination refused. Lawyer said company not satisfied training benchmarks. And we paid ASAP after refusal. Is there any one understand the following refusal reason? Thanks. Refused March 17 from agent. Got the results with in 6 months.

Finally, we decided to appeal my case to AAT. My company nomination refusal due to training fee problems. We paid the difference already and still rejected. Before we want to re- apply again, however, our agent send he confident that our appeal may success. Who had a experience and same case to me? life is so hard and stressful. Screaming!

I'm also same position as you and will re-apply this week. So afraid this position is the high risk for the nomination refusal. This is the second application for 186. Made me so nervous!

Immi asked the employee contract etc just normal company doc before refusals. my MA already re-apply the new application on 10/4 again. Just worry about any affect for the new policy.

Really want to share my story! 9/9/16 nomination and visa apply 7/3/17 submitted further doc 23/3/17 nomination refused due to training benchmarks fee not enough 25/3/17 paid training fee again 10/4/17 MA re-apply 186 nomination and visa New policy: From 19/4/17 Immigration announced that 457 visa changed and I known that my occupation removed from the list already. is anyone in the same case as me? Don't know any affect for my new application with the new policy. very worry on it!
