Jasz1
@ankush it depends according to my MA business is really strong financially & everything is pretty genuine so she is hoping to win this case as everyone have different scenarios & reasons for nomination refusal.. Good to put a name to that row on the spreadsheet (I'm guessing that's you on the October sheet?). Just to be clear - I haven't had nomination approved or even opened yet, I was congratulating someone else. My sponsor is a statewide not-for-profit human services organisation (non-government but partly gov funded). Around 1,200 staff. And I'm not sure if it'd be appropriate to share turnover and salaries. cheers. Edited April 15, 2018 by millski88

Hi It is interesting to hear something about your case I am not on October sheet yet as I am new here Marketing Specialist has been delayed but recently open and many approved Marketing Specialist is a job code with condition of company turnover and salary Min or staff number There is June application approved if we know their turnover or salary ( just general figure ) then we can guess our case My own is over 80k and company turnover over 10 Mil export

Vic154
Hi guys, does anyone know how much time buffer they’re giving to medicals expiring? Is it bang on 12 months and you have to do them again when your case is allocated? I know it’s up to CO discretion, etc but wondering if anyone knows more concrete. I’m about to cross the 12month mark of doing my medical as stupidly did it before I applied and wondering if I’m going to have it done again. Cheers

I have done booth medical and AFP end of Dec 2016, applied nomination and visa in May 2017, nomination approved on March 28th 2018, the CO has requested a new AFP for the visa but not the medical certificate. I definitely suggest you apply a new AFP if it’s already expired
