I'm still stunned....Was told by my MA on Thursday the CO requested for my AFP and he/she said if we can provide immediately (I can't )will grants my visa tomorrow or if provide later will grant me 6 weeks later:( While my MA still preparing the documents for AFP ytd, I received my Golen email. What?! MA surprised she never seen a case like that. Co can't wait to get rid of my file approved even "x" on my documents.? Thanks for all of your sharing and wish all of you got it very soon

Want to share a good news to all fellows. Nomination approved this morning asked for update AFP and my partner's English proofing document. 186TRT Nomination & visa submitted on Jun 2017. Company received a 457 spot check on May2018 and received satisfactory letter last month.So no further documents requested for nomination. Can't wait for visa approve.??

I'm still in the 14 days preparing documents... really don't know how long the process would take(agent said at least 2-6 months or more), some more they might interview me in shop if needed (agent said), and it can take much longer I guess

Yes. After 11 months of 186 trt. There are more than 10 staffs under 457 in my company and will submit 186 trt soon...have a feel they try hard to pick tiny faults to kick you out....still correcting the documents to prevent any mistake,? if fail, they all in same-boat. @Hilary my agent did mention that when the spot check pass, our PR might grant straight away. But now I feel like falling into black hole@@

Talked with my MA yesterday about when will we know the result after submitted all documents for the 457 spot check, she said usually take 2-3 months or maybe if We're not lucky enough can be half year waiting(what!!),and my 186 trt file will be freeze until we pass the spot check. So I can out of this shit with a peace of mind in these few months(hope I can),without checking my account everyday (keep doing this past 11months)?

They requested a lot of documents like contract,rosters,performance reports,client references and treatment plans, work summaries, payG n bank statements ...etc

Hi Hilary, how you know the interview was regarding 186TRT not your 457? Did they mention about what it for? as I know department officer would randomly monitoring 457 applicants and their employer by request documents, and/or occasionally visit applicants's workplace to verify their position.

Keep checking with my MA would my file all good if anytime they open...Finally my boss willing to provide all updated documents to my MA, now sit n wait for the time come. p.s 11 months of waiting and still Received?
