SAF was introduced on Aug 12,But applicants before that has to meet the training bench mark criteria .once they reach into August files it would be way much quicker hopefully ..

Hi Naj, your training benchmark should be paid for 2018 as well ,please contact your MA to discuss -there are two ways of complying the training bench mark

I was advised to have the strong file for nomination .(for eg the genuine position requirement )and also complying with the training bench mark .make sure the training bench mark is up to date which is very important .

It is advised Not to call as they would have the generic answer ,however ,you can call the customer service team

Hi All , I would like to inform you all that my visa has been finalised .Below are the time lines Nomination and visa submitted -05/2/2018 ENS TRT - Occupation (Hotel Manager ) NSW Nomination Approved 13/11/2018 Visa granted - 14/11/2018 HR No documents requested Approx 9 months PS- I live in the regional area I called immigration once to check the status one kind lady responded by saying it has been progressed ) I hope everybody gets their visa granted soon, I have been here for 10 years . My boss has been very supportive in providing all necessary documentation on time . I am on 1 st row in the timeline spreadsheet SR if admin can update in feb . All the best every one , This page has been really supportive during my transition time .

Hi everyone , Small enquiry in regards to training benchmark . as the law has changed for the new applicant applying after Aug 12 (SAF levy),How do the applicants comply with training bench mark applied before aug 12 for the new financial year .My MA tried to get in touch with department as well ,however ,it’s all uncertain . If any one has any knowledge about it ,Kindly pass on the info .it would be great help to me . Thanks

Hi All , My friend got his PR grant today — his timeline - Nom/visa applied 16/Nov/2017 Nom approved -07/07/2018 visa approved -31/aug /2018 occ-Cook TRT HR -2 people only asked to pay VAC 2 for the partner today and visa granted in 1 hour ..hope this helps for all the other ..

Did u submit all those when you were applying for 457 ,as I only have an RSA and the liquor license is on my boss name ..I don’t have any approved managers card because I am managing a motel and also a restaurant attached to it ..
