Paul1Perth
Triathlon. We have one every year, organised by a guy from the Surf Club. We usually get 20 or so competing and then have a big brekkie in the surf club after with partners. Not an official thing so no road closures and no fee to enter, other than the brekkie items. We have to get down early before the traffic gets heavy for the bike leg. Be over by 8:30ish so we'll have the rest of the day to go at.

dmjg
Hopefully the oh is doing a shift at the hospital. One long public holiday shift pays for 5 days holiday. Or half a plane ticket to the uk. Therefore, I will be looking after the kids and trying to do all the school holiday work for the first term, that I should have done a lot earlier in the six week break :twitcy:
ali
My in-laws arrive a couple of days before and Australia Day is their 52nd wedding anniversary - so we've invited over some friends and we'll take them into the city to see the fireworks.
