I noticed it showed "Health requirements finalised" but then after looks like additional information was sent/received - were you asked for more info as a result of the health requirements being finalised? We are going over on my visa - I'll have a senior ICT position with my new company (geek techie - as my husband says). Our sponsoring company went via an immigration lawyer (also registered MA). It took a week or two to gather information before they officially lodged the application. Which seemed to go quick, but felt like forever (as I'm sure it does for most folks).
