From looking at the posts there is clearly no rhyme or reason to the methods or process in which our applications go from medicals referred to health requirements finalised to 'grant'! I suppose there are just too many variables.......different visa's, application methods, medical conditions, and I suppose the efficiency of the elusive 'care officers'. Ho hum tum te tum.... Hi Radman, just out of curiosity, your wife was asked for further medical tests by the MOC or the panel doctor? I presume your wife has a pre existing medical condition? And it takes you until August to get this further tests done? I have declared my medical condition but submitted reports at the medical and haven't heard from MOC since. I just want to second guess the timeline although I know it is quite difficult to guess because it really does depend on the type of medical condition. I just want to second guess the timeline although I know it is quite difficult to guess because it really does depend on the type of medical condition. thanks worriedhead my wife had scares on x-ray...but these are from chest infection she had 10-12 years ago..we got letter from HOC saying that MOC asked for further information is required. they asked my wife to go for sputum test, ct scan, and see chest specialist for any TB possibilities.. as we were aware but got confirmed by sputum test and other tests that she don't have any active TB...we ourselves have seen final report by Specialist that she is absolutely fine the scare are left over from infection she had in the past. we were told by our Agent that decision ready RSMS are number one priority of department..just not sure about the pattern they following we are ok to wait but its been ages!! as i am back to work in Australia after waiting 2 month overseas..as i have another temp visa...but hard to be apart from OH. cheers! I just hope GH haven't forgot about people still waiting in July cause I am getting sick and tired of waiting now. You ring GH and they tell you nothing, except to contact your CO and I email CO and they just ignore your email - so frustrating. Has anyone else been in in this similar situation where people who were referred the same day or after you getting finalised, and you just sitting there waiting? There is nothing wrong with my OH at all which the panel doctor confirmed and she has no historical illnesses. Shout out to Mrpaulwilson, ozmiguel & keptray Anything guys? Absolutely cracking up seeing the people from august celebrating getting their grants, feel like the biggest grinch that I can't be happy for them, have GH forgotten us? Radman Omg, so glad that your wife is clear. I hope they will approve your OH visa soon. They seem to go through the August meds now. I have been apart from my husband now for two months my meds only been referred since September. And with my per existing condition, I am not sure when they will approve mind. I know how you feel.
