    Assurance of support return period. Is this start from the date you first enter Australia on visa 173 or the period start from the date 143 granted to you. From which date 10 years will be considered to return the AOS. Regards

    PI think there are some things which are beyond your control. To launch an application it is your desire to give the visa. It is not in your control. If you have provided them all the documents required and you have come up to their standard,you will Be granted the visa. Where the the stress is , relax and enjoy your life. If you get excellent if you don’t than haven is not going to fall. my suggestions is put in your best and leave the result on God and that is all you can do. i wish you a happy and comfortable life where ever you are. regards Mak

    Please be careful in sending all the documents completely. Read carefully what immigration department asked you and than complete 100%, do not miss anything. Normally Nikkah mama is in Urdu but registrar has the English form also. Get Urdu and English form of Nikka Nama, filled at the same time. Any documents other than English language. It has to be translated into English signed by the rotary. Marriage certificate of Nadra and registrar are two different. You have to submit Nakka Nama and all other documents asked by them. Tally documents with check list strictly and than submit.

    Actually they are interested to know that you are husband and wife and living together, any thing related between husband and wife can be asked. You should be on the same grid.

    You are very right in saying so, but it depends on your family tradition and customs. Older people had made them self familiar with the living style, with neighbours, shopping centre, friends, clubs and with the other related things. If you move them to a new place it will be difficult for them to adjust with the new environments. To me wherever they are, let them stay there but must meet their necessary essential demand of old age. This is my personal opinion. I would have never left my parents alone when they are in need of me.

    I think there is no need, I think you be strict to the questions and answer accordingly. Perhaps parking fines are not to be mentioned unless or otherwise they are being asked. You can also clarify from the immigration department on phone.

    Every body expect some thing better for himself to migrate to Australia. You must know, how to get adjusted among the local people. You must know their culture, obviously English is their mother and official language, you must understand at least the. Basis of English so that you should communicate with each other. You have to know their customs. I have observed, Australian are very accommodative, very quite, full of humanity factors, helping attitude, I think they are very nice but let us say that you are sitting in a quite coach and you start talking in a very loud voice obviously no body will like it and it’s against the mannerisms. If you follow minor things according to local customs, I don’t think you will face any problem yet you can face an odd case. If you think it will be difficult for you to follow certain norms of service again the choice is yours to stay or go back. I think Australian government is spending a lot in educating the immigrant their language and customs. I hope don’t feel bad if you see some odd case. It is all over the world.

    Likings and disliking is every where in the world. The question arises, why some one wants to come to Australia. Is this the demand of Australian to accommodate the trade people of their choice or someone willing to come Australia for his own reason to move.

    Agam, As far as visa 173 is concerned you need not worry for AOS at this stage but defiantly when you apply for visa 143 which is permanent than you require To get a sponsor and with that you have to deposit $ 10000 which will remain with them for 10 years. Visa 173 is a temporary visa, on so many places you will be handicapped. What I suggest, if can offered go for visa 143. As it is permanent visa so many facilities will be provided to you which will not be in case of Visa 143 for example if some one want want to do a security course. He can’t do it on visa 173. He need to be permanent residence in NSW.

    No news is a good news. Australian visa means patience. Once you receive confirmation of your documents received by the immigration department than you have to wait and relax till the time you get your visa from the their side. I can only suggest otherwise no use of burning yourself. It is their procedure, you have only to relax and wait. I wish you the best of luck.

    I suggest, you should calculate your household luggage. Dimension wise and weight wise. You can then select 20’ container or 40HC. In 20 ft container you can carry 28 m3 and by weight 20 ton. In 40 ft container, you can easily stuff 56m3 or weight wise 25 tons. You can decide freight with shipping lines or you can talked with expediter, k&k and many other freight forwarder . You get the all in rate. Ask for the shipping lines they use Get the Master Bill of Lading from them. Ask them the rates should be printed on Master Bill of lading. If you want to save the money than pack your household your self, put them on the boxes which can be loaded easily. Put your van in front of the container, lash it properly, and keep you luggage behind the van, it should be stuffed and lash properly so that it should bear the pitch and roll of the ship in sea. If you can do that you may save a lot of money. Regards

    For Visa 173, Medicare office provide you Medicare card that is renewable. Your card will be active during your BV period. If it expire you talked to Medicare office they will issue you a new one and it takes 4 or 5 days to receive the new one.

    Hi Zhmajumder, My wife came to Australia on visa 173. We applied for visa 143. She had to go abroad on BV. Her Medicare remained active during this period.

    There are some limitations on processing visa. If something is in my hand I know what to do but if some one else has to process they have to move under certain rules and regulations. We have no control over it. You have applied let them work and you enjoy a sound sleep till the time you hear a good news about your visa grant. There is no use burning your blood, relax and enjoy.

    Can some one explain. if Visa holder 143 wants to study and he had spent more than 52 weeks in Australia as permanent Residence. What fee in TAFE courses applicable on him, full or concessional?

    Hi Jillian, We have to understand the difference between visa 143 and visa 864. Perhaps visa 143 allow you to migrate permanently with the conditions laid down but I think for visa 864 you are already in Australia and apply for this visa and parents are aged 65 and above, other conditions I think are the same for visa 143 and 864. There may be some difference of visa also. Regards
