    Hi bob - I have actually been in touch with petair about my hound boo - and asked about somethings that had been pointed out by another company ( when I finally got hold of the girl who had given me the quote in the first place , maybe she was having a bad day but wasn't that forthcoming with info or a call back) my vet can do passports so he should be ok in saying that I shall try petair again as I do like the idea of vets handling this sort of thing it's not something I'd like to wing - Boo is very important part of the family Any adice you can throw my way bob would be much appreciated ? Xx

    Hi this is going to sound a bit daft but can any vet do all the tests and vaccinations for my dog to travel to Australia or do they have to be specific, the same as when we have our health checks?

    I have no idea lol my son did it , had a friend come to my rescue and give me an idiot proof guide , I'm sure I'll get stuck again - she's now on speed dial lol xx

    How do I attach more than one document? I.e. Court documents several pages long, it will only allow me to attach one page?

    Hi I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction, totally computerphobic no idea how to do anything, I've managed to attach single PDF files such as our birth certificates but when trying to attach a file of pdfs I can't do it , I've tried to do it as a compressed file which will allow me to click but the Australian gov system won't accept , not computer savvy at all any idiot proof advice much appreciated hope u all had a great Christmas ?

    Typed seems to be the way forward , I've tried to not do the romance novel thing it's more the going through court for kids permission to relocate, things we've done together like you say times dates etc , just a lot to fit into two pages without being clinical ?

    Now I have to learn to type on a keyboard ? Though it's probably better than my handwriting, sounds like my oh will be doing 3 pages n I shall be on 8 lol so much info rather than slushy love declarations xx

    is it better to hand write my stat dec or type it? What type of things to include , I've written it 4 times always end up with 6 plus pages but feel I'm missing something out ??

    I'm thinking it will be petair or the other one that I can't think of the name right now ? But probably petair , I'm looking at a minimum £2200 over here tho then there's more payout the other side but hey ho love that daft hound

    I'm using a pack it myself 20ft sole use container, all I have to do is collect it from Brisbane post and pay the port fees etc as I simply can't afford door to door packing service which would make life a lot easier for me but I have some fantastic friends both sides who are helping ???? I've already started collecting boxes ?

    Hi hibiscusdreams will keep everything crossed for you ?? We to are hoping to get married next October on the 31st ive done the online Pmv forms and re written them several times lol and uploaded most of the other info etc ( just need to figure out how to combine documents, computers are not my friends ??) so all I'm waiting for are my friends stat decs n we are good to plus thanks to this fantastic forum I've found out about things I need to do like registering kids court orders before the visa process is almost finished & saving us extra months , which no solicitor, court or Australia house has ever advised me. Look forward to hearing your updates Xxx

    I'm going for the Pmv 300, we looked at every which way we could to speed up the process including entering on an e visitor visa , but as I have children was not really an option , plus the risk of getting turned away and getting a black mark against our names or ban just wasn't worth the risk for us. Plus it seems that some Pmvs are going through in a matter of months Have you spoken to an immigration solicitor? Fingers crossed the new laws come in soon ?? Congratulations tho hope it all works out Xx

    Omg that must of been such a long wait , I called that number to ask if there was anything else I needed to send with my court order , he hadn't got a clue what I was talking about said to send an email to them and someone would get. Ack to me ? How did you go about getting a written recital? Would that be something my solicitor would have? I have all the Cafcass reports , my order says I have to register it within a reasonable time when we get to Australia but I'd rather get a bit ahead for once if I can have you got a date to move now then , exciting times for you all xx

    Seriously!! Wow.... good job I'm sat down , that's a first through this whole process, do you mind me asking why it took so long to get the court order registered? I will get to the court house asap to get a certified copy xx

    Thanks so much for your reply , all I could find about it online was an address in Australia and that really only applied if we were already there ? I will give them a ring tomorrow see what the costs are , may be able to get it started before we lodge xx

    Congratulations, I'm in a similar position how did you go about getting the court order registered in Australia? Did they contact your ex or just go off the court order? Xx

    Form filling for my Pmv 300 apparently character for 80 is required, it's asks about what I've done school, jobs etc - I have no idea what my exam results were back in 1990 just that I passed them , plus I have been a full time mum for 18 years and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia so was pretty unemployable apparently. is this going to cause me great dramas or will I have to pay the £44 to get my exam results ?

    Hi I've called them am still waiting for a quote off them - the lady wanted my dog to be in her kennels for three days previous to flying though which I'm not keen on that idea , had other quotes aswell but am hedging towards petair xx
