  1. Just going through some of my old posts, and seen this one from november 2017, just before we flew out to aus for xmas. its refering to the e-mail update for the 143 visa. how wrong was i ? Thats a decent move, we are off to aus on the 30th nov, get back on the 11th january, hopefully it will be in april by then.
  2. Clients considering withdrawing their visa application because of the changes to AoS requirements should note that: · Once an application is withdrawn, it cannot be reactivated. If a visa applicant wishes to resume a Parent visa application, they will need to lodge a new application, pay a new visa application charge and then they will be assessed and receive a new queue date. · Any request for a refund based on the changes to the legislation will be considered on their own merit in line with the legislation and policy governing refunds. Clients who change their mind about pursuing an application and choose to withdraw are generally not eligible for a refund. · Should additional changes be made to the AoS income requirement in the future, the Department of Human Services may notify affected AoS applicants. i hope no one withdrew there application

  4. Our third assurer is single, and definitely need a third as our son and daughter in law don’t meet the required amount just coming up short

  14. hi my son is applying for a 189 skilled visa (plumbing). he passed his apprentiship feb 2015, which gives him the 3 years experience they are after. he took a year out last year on a 1 year working visa to australia, does this mean he now only has 2 years experience?. mark
